Instructions for preparing and submitting your manuscript to TAFFD's Journal

1. General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English
- All submissions must be original work not previously published or under consideration elsewhere
- Manuscripts should follow APA 7th Edition formatting
- Submit in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format (maximum 20MB)
- Include all authors, affiliations, and ORCID iDs where available
2. Manuscript Preparation

3. Article Structure
Research articles should follow the standard IMRaD structure:
- Title: Concise and descriptive (max 20 words)
- Abstract: Structured summary including background, methods, results, and conclusions
- Keywords: 4-6 keywords, separated by commas
- Introduction: Background, rationale, and objectives
- Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology for reproducibility
- Results: Findings presented clearly with tables and figures
- Discussion: Interpretation, comparison with literature, implications
- Conclusions: Key findings and future directions
- Acknowledgements: Funding sources and contributors
- References: APA 7th Edition format
4. References
All references must follow APA 7th Edition format. Include DOIs where available. Examples:
Journal article: Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year). Title of article. Title of Journal, Volume(Issue), pp-pp. https://doi.org/xxxxx
Book: Author, A. A. (Year). Title of work. Publisher. https://doi.org/xxxxx
5. Figures & Tables
- Figures should be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI)
- Tables should be editable (not images)
- Each figure and table must be cited in the text
- Captions should be descriptive and self-explanatory
6. Required Declarations
All submissions must include the following declarations:
- Conflict of Interest: Declare any financial or non-financial competing interests
- Funding: List all sources of funding for the research
- Ethical Approval: IRB/ethics committee approval details if applicable
- Data Availability: Statement on how data supporting the findings can be accessed
- Author Contributions: Describe each author's contribution using CRediT taxonomy
7. Submission Process
- Create an account or sign in at TAFFD's Journal
- Navigate to "Submit Manuscript" and complete the submission form
- Upload your manuscript file (PDF, DOC, or DOCX)
- Add all co-authors with their affiliations and ORCID iDs
- Complete all required declarations
- Review and confirm your submission
8. Peer Review Process
TAFFD's Journal uses a double-blind peer review process. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review. Manuscripts are evaluated on originality, methodology, significance, clarity, and quality of references. The typical turnaround time from submission to first decision is 28 days.
